Creating an Email Fax Process Free


Fax machines seem to break down fairly quickly, and, they always seem to need ink on a regular basis whether you use them or not. Instead of a Fax Machine, you can create your own Fax Process by using Email and Jpeg attachments. To do this, first you buy and intall an Epson printer-scanner, which is a color printer-scanner. You then set up a one or more files on your computer which are labeled FAX. You scan your documents on the printer scanner and save them to the FAX file. You then get Online and bring up your email, such as Yahoo Mail or Google Mail. You then type in a cover letter to the FAX recipient and attache the Jpeg fax documents to the email. Then send the email. It' easy, uncomplicated, and free.
